- Built Dex Studio, a content management platform for AI-guided audio tours, enabling teams to author scripts, generate audio content, manage checkpoints and itineraries, handle media, manage speakers and venues, and reliably publish AI-guided tours at scale.
- Designed and implemented Identity & Access Management system, role-based access control, tour-specific permissions, and server-side authorization. Secured 40+ API routes, enabling multi-tenant architecture with admin controls.
- Built real-time tour editing lock system preventing concurrent edit conflicts.
- Implemented bulk audio generation system processing entire tour documents in single operations. Built audio player bar with preview capabilities, node-level regeneration, and validity tracking. Integrated ElevenLabs API for text-to-speech with speaker customization and voice prompts.
- Developed custom TipTap editor nodes (action, media, sound, paragraph) with rich attribute controls and TGML export support.
- Developed a robust publishing workflow with error reporting and unified script + metadata panels, improving team efficiency and reliability.
- Re-architected state management using Zustand with Immer for immutable updates, predictable and scalable handling of scripts and tours data.
- Implemented code splitting with dynamic imports and route-based chunking in Next.js. Optimized bundle strategy reducing initial JavaScript payload and improving Time-to-Interactive.

- Developed an intermediate recommendations screen and cart functionality from scratch, enabling users to book multiple experiences in a single transaction, resulting in a 3.75% increase in total treatment revenue.
- Introduced the self-credits feature, allowing users to choose between Headout credits or a refund on booking cancellation—driving $900K worth of cancellations in the first month, with $100K retained as Headout credits.
- Spearheaded and piloted Headout's loyalty program, implementing automated enrollment, retargeting strategies, and progressive user benefits.
- Engineered an intermediate up-sell stage for combo products, boosting average revenue per user by 11% and shaping key product & growth strategies.
